Whitaker Tankers keen on LNG use

Whitaker Tankers plans to focus on its marine business this year by increasing its use of liquefied natural gas (LNG) as marine fuel to comply with the tighter sulphur emission limits.

Directors of the UK-based fuel transportation firm acknowledged that while development of the gas was in its “early stages”, they are “keen to be involved in its development”, reported Insider Media.
