IBIA is officially a supporting association of International Energy Week 2027

IBIA is pleased to be a Supporting Association of International Energy Week 2027, further strengthening its engagement with the wider energy community at a time of significant change for both the energy and maritime sectors.

Organised by the Energy Institute, International Energy Week is a major gathering for energy professionals from around the world, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, technical experts and innovators to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of energy. For the first time, the 2027 edition will take place in March, from 23–25 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London.

As the global voice of the marine energy value chain, IBIA welcomes opportunities to engage with stakeholders across the broader energy sector. With shipping continuing its transition towards lower-carbon operations and a more diverse fuel mix, collaboration between maritime and energy industries has never been more important.

International Energy Week provides a valuable forum for sharing knowledge, exchanging perspectives and exploring practical solutions to common challenges, from decarbonisation and fuel availability to infrastructure development, regulation and energy security.

Through its role as a Supporting Association, IBIA looks forward to contributing to these conversations and helping to ensure that the interests and expertise of the marine fuels sector are represented within the wider energy dialogue.

The partnership reflects IBIA’s ongoing commitment to fostering collaboration across the energy value chain and supporting the development of a safe, efficient and sustainable future for marine energy.

Further details about IBIA’s involvement in International Energy Week 2027 will be shared closer to the event.
