Help Us Test the Leading AI Platforms in Maritime! – Vote for the Best Answer

IBIA has partnered with Intent Communications to assess artificial intelligence, particularly large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Grok.

AI has become part of everyday business operations across the maritime industry – from analysing reports and summarising regulations to generating market insights and operational documentation.

However, questions remain about the reliability and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

The “De-mystifying Digitalisation and AI in Maritime” campaign puts these platforms to the test by asking the free versions of five leading AI platforms the same question, with responses reviewed by an industry expert.

March’s question:
“What are the top three ports to bunker in today? And do you think these ports will still be the global leaders for alternative fuels in 2050?”

The responses have been reviewed by Alexander Prokopakis, Executive Director, IBIA and now we would like your input.

• Accuracy – Is the information correct and up to date?

• Completeness – Are key aspects of the question covered?

• Level of Detail – Is the response sufficiently informative?
