NEW SPEAKER ANNOUNCED FOR “BUNKERING WITH NEW FUELS” FORUM

IBIA have announced today that Argus Media will speaking at their “Bunkering with new fuels” forum to be held at the Baltic Exchange on 9th September 2015.
The forum is designed to give an update on new fuels and ECA compliance and is a must for anybody involved with the Bunker industry.
Argus will be presenting their views on the Russian bunkering market including:
• New hybrid fuel types at Russian north western ports and perspectives
• Fuel oil sales at Russian ports: Far East, west, Nord and south
• The effect of the “tax manoeuvre” in Russia
This will sit alongside presentations on:
