Supported Event – Mare Forum Germany 2026

One day before SMM Hamburg officially opens its doors, the maritime conversation begins at the inaugural Mare Forum Germany in Hamburg.

On Monday 31 August 2026, maritime leaders will come together at the Hafen Hotel to discuss one key question:

“How can Maritime Europe strengthen its competitiveness and actively shape its future in an increasingly complex and contested global order?”

At a turning point for Europe and the world, where global trade is being reshaped, geopolitical balances are shifting, shipping, energy security and transition have become strategic imperatives, and finance and investment decisions will define the decades to come, Mare Forum Germany comes to Hamburg on the occasion of the SMM Exhibition.

Mare Forum Germany brings together shipowners, policymakers, shipbuilders, financiers and innovators from across Europe and beyond. The conference offers a unique opportunity to exchange insights, strengthen partnerships and explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the maritime sector.
