Posidonia Drinks Reception – Athens 2026

IBIA is delighted to announce an exclusive Cocktail Reception taking place during Posidonia 2026 in Athens.

Hosted by Her Excellency South Africa’s Ambassador to the Hellenic Republic, Dr Lindiwe Msengana Ndlela, the evening will be held at the South African Official Residence in Paleo Psychico. This distinguished setting provides an ideal backdrop for meaningful engagement among IBIA members, partners and senior leaders from across the global marine fuels and wider maritime community.

As the industry gathers in Athens for one of shipping’s most important international gatherings, this reception offers a valued opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange perspectives and continue the dialogue shaping our sector.

Date: Sunday 31 May 2026
Time: 7.30pm to 10.30pm

Attendance at the IBIA Posidonia Drinks Reception is complimentary for IBIA members and invited guests. As the event is hosted at a diplomatic residence, capacity is limited and attendance is strictly by invitation, with a maximum of two representatives per member company to ensure a balanced and senior audience. A select number of sponsorship opportunities are also available for organisations wishing to enhance their visibility during Posidonia week, with associated benefits including increased brand presence and the ability to extend guest invitations.
