The IBIA Annual Convention 2023 is the most highly anticipated event in the marine fuel industry, and it is scheduled to take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 7 – 9 November. This year’s convention will be held at the magnificent floating hotel, Queen Elizabeth 2, located in Port Rashid. This unique venue, with its rich maritime heritage, provides the perfect setting for the event.
