Frank Dahan
Frank Dahan is Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing and Global Fuel Strategy at CSL Group Inc., a Montreal-based, multinational shipowner. He leads CSL’s Strategic Sourcing function and the Global Fuel Desk, overseeing procurement of the company’s largest spend category and driving strategic initiatives in cost optimization, risk management, and procurement digitization.
With over 29 years of executive experience in the marine transportation, oil, and energy sectors, Frank brings deep domain expertise in marine fuel procurement & strategy, supply chain transformation, decarbonization and sustainable innovation. He is widely recognized for his leadership in the maritime energy transition, having spearheaded the largest B100 biofuel trials in the sector since 2019. These initiatives have influenced ISO 8217:2024 standards and informed policy development across Transport Canada, the US Coast Guard, and the IMO.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with a minor in Economics from the John Molson School of Business.
