The inaugural Saudi Maritime Awards Night is set to be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Thursday, January 29, 2026. The event is held under the patronage of H.E Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistic Services & Chairman of the Transport General Authority, and organized in strategic partnership with the Transport General Authority (TGA).
Organized by Robban Assafina, the MENA Maritime Media Platform, this event aims to recognize and honor notable figures in the maritime and shipping sectors for their significant accomplishments and consistent high-level performance in areas such as ports, shipping, and related industries.
The Saudi Maritime Awards will feature twenty-two distinct awards, carefully chosen by a prestigious panel of independent judges. It will serve as an ideal forum to showcase contributions to the industry, bringing together various stakeholders, including regional government agencies, maritime administrations, shipowners, shipping lines, port and terminal operators, shipbuilding and repair firms, as well as representatives from the Oil & Gas and Offshore sectors.
The judging panel, composed of industry thought leaders, will evaluate nominees, ensuring that only the most deserving candidates receive recognition. This occasion provides companies in the region with a platform to share their success stories with a global audience.
The event will emphasize Saudi Arabia’s pivotal role in becoming a regional maritime trade hub.
