The much-anticipated IBIA Annual Dinner returns to the luxurious Grosvenor House Hotel for 2022 as a physical black-tie evening. As a well-established fixture in the bunker industry’s calendar, we are looking forward to welcoming our members and their guests for an evening of networking after two years of very few in person events. We are, just for this year, reducing the capacity of the dinner to a maximum of 500 attendees to assure our guests of their comfort and safety.
Due to the popularity of the dinner, we have secured a larger room (the traditional Great Room) and will be increasing our capacity to a maximum of 600 attendees. This gives us the space to comfortably allow ample room between tables for your added comfort and enjoyment.
We now have 100 tickets available! Bookings close on Friday 11 February 2022.

Covid-19 notice

The IBIA Annual Dinner attracts a global audience, with varying country protocols for Covid-19. Whilst IBIA recognises the relaxing of regulations within the UK (with regards to the wearing of masks and vaccination proof) in order to assure our members and their guests of their comfort we require that all attendees provide proof of vaccination status or a recent (within 48 hours) negative PCR or rapid lateral flow Covid-19 test on arrival at the event.

IBIA will not refund tickets should an attendee not adhere to the stipulated protocols.

IBIA Annual Dinner Cancellation Policy & Refund:
If an attendee cancels a booking two weeks or more before the day of the event, cancellation charges will be 25% of the original invoice total. Cancelling two weeks or less before will forfeit any refund.
If IBIA cancels the event, IBIA Ltd proceed with an automatic 100% refund process.
