The much-anticipated IBIA Annual Dinner returns to the luxurious Grosvenor House Hotel for 2022 as a physical black-tie evening. As a well-established fixture in the bunker industry’s calendar, we are looking forward to welcoming our members and their guests for an evening of networking after two years of very few in person events. We are, just for this year, reducing the capacity of the dinner to a maximum of 500 attendees to assure our guests of their comfort and safety.

Due to the overwhelming popularity, the IBIA Annual Dinner 2022 is now fully sold out. Tables may become available due to cancellations. Should you wish to be notified of any cancellations please email ibia@ibia.net and we will ensure to keep you updated.

Please note that this rate fluctuates as it represents 20% discount on best available rate at the time of booking, please note that these rates are subject to availability.

Covid-19 notice
The safety of our attendees and their guests remains of utmost importance to us. IBIA continues to monitor the international and national COVID regulations. We reserve the right to request certification of vaccination and/or a recent negative PCR or rapid Covid-19 test prior to the event. We will confirm the protocols for our attendees closer to the time. We will also follow all local Government guidelines with regards to social distancing, participant numbers and sanitisation standards. IBIA will not refund tickets should an attendee not adhere to the stipulated protocols.

IBIA Annual Dinner Cancellation Policy & Refund:
If an attendee cancels a booking two weeks or more before the day of the event, cancellation charges will be 25% of the original invoice total. Cancelling two weeks or less before will forfeit any refund.
If IBIA cancels the event, IBIA Ltd proceed with an automatic 100% refund process.
